Luke took his first trip to Vancouver for my brother's college graduation. He and I rode the train down which went really well. I can't imagine how driving would have went being that he hates riding in the car. We had a full five days there going to Baccalaureate, Graduation, Parties, and out to restaurants. He met lots of family for the first time. The weekend went extremely well. Luke is so good when he's around other people and in public. He loves to be around people and out doing things. He is definitely an extrovert! I think he just gets too bored when we sit around at home. One thing I discovered on this trip is that it is a serious pain when public bathrooms do not have changing tables in them! You can't change a diaper on a table in a restaurant so you have to go back out to the car! I feel like writing to every place that doesn't have a changing table in the bathroom! There wasn't one in the bathroom on the train either so I had to change him right there in the seat, which he pooped both times riding the train! I was a little embarrassed about that. Then at the end of our train ride we walked past the wheelchair access bathroom, the door was open, and there was the changing table! It would have been nice to know that. Anyway, here are a few pictures from our trip.
