New Discoveries

Here are a few photos of things we have been doing. Domonique and Olivia came over for a pre-fourth of July picnic. We sat Luke in the window to watch Daddy mow the lawn. As you can see in this first picture, Luke has suddenly begun to suck his bottom lip. And Luke has quickly taken to solid foods. Since Luke can now flip himself out of his Bumbo seat, Howie built his high chair so that we could feed him. He has cereal in the morning for breakfast, and has had peas, carrots and applesauce at dinner time. We had a rough go the first time, I don't think he was quite ready for it. Now he attacks the spoon! And he likes to grab my hand and help guide the spoon into his mouth.

Luke has begun to army crawl and scoot across the floor. I took this video this morning trying to capture his army crawl and he actually looks like he is breakdancing. It is so funny!
